Practice Policies for Visitors & Patients

At Eyesight Ophthalmic Services, we recognize the valuable role family, friends and significant others play in your care and welcome them to join you while you are here.

To get the most enjoyment from your appointment we recommend asking you and your loved ones to follow these guidelines:

Visits may be interrupted and you may be asked to leave the room when treatments are delivered or if a patient is scheduled for tests or treatments in other areas of the office.

COVID-19 POLICY IN EFFECT APRIL 10, 2023

We honor and respect the wishes and concerns of our patients, staff, and providers and understand that COVID is still a valid concern for many individuals.  Just as with most of the regional hospitals, masks will be optional at Eyesight. If requested by the patient, both the provider and technicians will wear a mask during the exam as well as during any testing.

We respect individual decision making and any employee or patient who wishes to continue to wear a mask within our offices, are encouraged to do so.
